In response to the outrage of racial injustices in America, rapper Wale has delivered his all-new EP “The Imperfect Storm,” which deeply explores his perspective and response to the current mayhem that people of color are facing. Arriving nearly a year after the release of his sixth studio album “Wow… That’s Crazy,” Wale’s latest project features six tracks and is now available on Apple Music and Spotify.

Wale left fans in speculation on Thursday after he deleted all of his Instagram posts except a post of unspecified cover art, which aimed to hint at the idea of what is happening in the world today as the photo depicted people standing in a street near fire. Later on in the day, Wale posted a second photo with text that fans were unable to read, but excited them nonetheless. Fortunately, Wale later provided fans with an answer to his acts on social media with the release of “The Imperfect Storm.” Similar to many hip-hop artists during these times, Wale is continuously using his voice and music to spread effective messages.
